Are you the HR Officer we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- HR Administration tasks
- Eg. Setting up contracts, monthly reports, travel allowance overviews and other administrative tasks
- International recruitment of all level positions
- Onboarding training to new employees
- Co- responsible for the international payroll.
- Other duties as required in the HR department
What we are looking for:
- Education on HBO + level
- Strong organizational skills, Experience working in Administration and/or HR administration;
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Ability to work with strict procedures and policies.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment that requires a sense of urgency
- High level of accuracy and detail-oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Someone living within the vicinity of Amersfoort strongly preferred.
