For the European HQ we are seeking a motivated (Technical)  Customer Service Specialist for the UK  market to join the team! Progression opportunities are available.

Are you the person we are looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Technical knowledge and support of all products
  • Issue and follow-up on quotations
  • Handle customer requests
  • Develop and maintain close relationships and contact with the dealer base

Skills and Experience required:

  • 1 or 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
  • Native level  fluency in  English (written and verbal) plus knowledge of the UK culture/ market beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
  • Affinity with IT/ software/ hardware/ technical products
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
  • Living in the region of Amersfoort or closeby.
