We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales person  to join their team! Are you that person we are looking for?


  • Communicating with existing customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads;
  • Supporting the sales team  to realize objectives and targets;
  • Understanding customers’ needs and upselling where possible;
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email;
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates;
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers;
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
  • Researching and qualifying new leads;
  • Closing sales and achieving targets;

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • German language skills (native or fluent level);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Good phone skills, willingness to cold-call;
  • Listening skills and sales skills;
  • Ability to work to targets;
