We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales person to join their team! Are you that person we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with existing customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads;
- Supporting the sales team to realize objectives and targets;
- Understanding customers’ needs and upselling where possible;
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email;
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates;
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers;
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
- Researching and qualifying new leads;
- Closing sales and achieving targets;
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- German language skills (native or fluent level);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Good phone skills, willingness to cold-call;
- Listening skills and sales skills;
- Ability to work to targets;
