Do you have operations management experience  within the Dutch employment and/ or  recruitment segment? Then we are looking for you!

This is an exciting, challenging and dynamic role within an  international company. Our client’s  office is centrally located in the Hague within easy reach of public transport and amenities. A competitive salary is offered and hybrid working is discussable. We are seeking candidates based in the Netherlands (ideally within reach of the office), with  fluency in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day to day operational and compliance responsibilities;
  • Provide a high quality service to all stakeholders (candidates/ clients/ colleagues) ensuring compliance with Dutch recruitment and employment legislation and internal procedures;
  • Responsible for ensuring that the mobilisations and de-mobilisations are conducted as scheduled ensuring that all associated supporting activity (visas, flights, transportation, etc.) is completed and documented in a timely fashion and in accordance with company processes;
  • Acting as contact for and managing internal and external audits ensuring any changes necessary for compliance;
  • Build relationships with team members across the organisation to support the achievement of corporate objectives;
  • Assist Regional Director on developing strategies for operational activity and ensure adequate resources are allocated to achieve successful performance.

What the client is looking for:

  • Minimum Bachelor/ HBO education;
  • Experience within a similar role;
  • Experience with auditing/ compliance, knowledge of Dutch labour laws;
  • Accurate, analytical, strong communicator;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English living within proximity of the Dutch (The Hague) office;
